In her early twenties, photographer Sari Soininen regularly and excessively experimented with LSD, which eventually led to an extended psychotic episode that impacted her life in a profound way. 'Transcendent Country of the Mind' is a deep dive into encounters with alternative dimensions of reality and perceptions of otherworldly signs around us. Through a kaleidoscope of mesmerising landscapes, unfamiliar portraits, and more, it tells a story of subconsciousness, about the world that resides in the back of our minds.
